Our trailers and games are suitable for all ages but certain activities (like mobile basketball hoops) are recommended for ages 7+ due to height of the trailer. Younger kids can participate with supervision. We have options for toddlers too. We provide a separate basketball hoop for the smallest participants.
Yes! We offer full delivery, setup, and pickup for all rentals. Delivery is free within our core service area. We charge $2 a mile beyond our service area. Please call for more info.
Cancellations more than 2 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two days of event will forfeit deposit. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events will be rescheduled. We understand plans change, so we offer rescheduling options. We want all our customers to be happy with our service.
For mobile games like basketball hoops we need a flat space of at least 15-20 ft wide and 30 ft long with 15’ ft ceiling height indoors (or open outdoors). We will confirm during booking. Also, a 10’ minimum clearance to drive trailer into the space it will be parked at.
Yes, both of our rentals are suitable for indoor use. They work well for halls, or large rooms as long as there is sufficient room.
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event.
We accept cash, pay pal, credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Venmo and Zelle. Full payment or balance due before setup.
You can book within 48 hours of an event, but we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for peak seasons (weekends, holidays). Popular dates fill up fast—last-minute bookings possible when available.
Yes! Discounts for multiple trailer rentals and repeat customers. We currently don’t have a referral program but it’s in the works. Non-profits and large groups may qualify for special rates.
Yes, fully licensed and insured with general liability coverage (up to $1 million. We can provide certificates and add you as additional insured if needed.
Yes! We offer staffed games and activities with our All Star and Champions package. Our friendly attendants run competitions, tournaments, and ensure safe fun (great for basketball shootouts or group challenges)
